The Inquiring Minds Book Group will meet Monday Sept. 11th at 10AM in the Parlor to discuss Paul Harding’s book “This Other Eden.” His novel is based on the story of the community on Malaga Island (off the coast of Phippsburg, ME) that became successfully racially integrated, but later was subjected to intolerance. A Pulitzer Prize winner, Harding’s prose is both beautiful and powerful. The Inquiring Minds book group is a coed group and all are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
