On Monday November 13th at 10AM in the Parlor, we will discuss “Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI” by David Gran. Gran is a journalist who writes at The New Yorker. It is the true account of the killings of members of the Osage Nation in Oklahoma and the efforts of the newly formed FBI under J. Edgar Hoover to unravel the mysteries underlying the deaths. The book was a National Book Award Finalist and named A Best Book of the Year by book critics and many publications.
