Our special offering for December supports The Christmas Fund for the Veterans of the Cross and Emergency Fund. The Christmas Fund has been caring for active and retired clergy and lay employees of the United Church of Christ for over 100 years, providing emergency grants, supplementation of small annuities and health premiums, and Christmas “Thank You” gift checks each December to our lower-income retirees. Here’s more on this year’s campaign, “Grace Upon Grace”.

Our November special offering to support the work of the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program totaled $2,347.00. Let’s see if we can raise just as much (if not more) for The Christmas Fund!

Our gifts to the Christmas Fund will be collected throughout the month of December.
